Artist's Comments  PRESS DOWNLOAD TO VIEW!!!!  Technology Portfolio class project designed to show K-12 kids that sculpture has an "in the round" aspect unlike a 2-D piece, and that the multiple planes create a different way of thinking. This block project stands about 18" tall, and all the "boxes" were made by me out of a single measured and cut piece of stiff posterboard and glued with a hot gluegun. The rotation in the video should help students see that all sides of a sculpture are important, rather than just designing around the "front" view and nothing else. |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
